Leslie Reid is a results-driven senior advisor with over 20 years of leadership experience in the national security and defense community.

She is a recognized expert in vetting reform, stakeholder engagement, and system implementation, with a career that includes spearheading large-scale technology integrations and supporting major federal initiatives such as Trusted Workforce transformation.

Prior to joining iWorks, Leslie served as a senior leader at the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA), where she drove mission-critical programs focused on modernization, operational excellence, and compliance.

Her expertise spans risk management, process optimization, Agile, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and cross-functional team leadership. Leslie holds an active security clearance and is known for her strategic mindset, commitment to the mission, and ability to deliver solutions that support both agency goals and national security priorities.
